About Us
Olivia Fellus, L.A.c, Dipl.OM, is a double board certified licensed acupuncturist and Chinese Medicine herbalist.
She completed her baccalaureate in Russian Language and Literature from UCLA in 2009. After graduating Summa cum laude she completed her post-bac premedical studies at SDSU in 2011.
After taking an EMT course and working as an oral surgical technician for Dr. Hammond, she realized that Western medicine was not her calling. Eastern Medicine had intrigued her, for the ancient practice involves looking at the whole person, rather than isolated symptoms of disease. She enrolled in Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in 2012 and graduated with her Masters in Oriental Medicine in December 2015.
During her medical training, Olivia interned in the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine Clinic, UCSD Owens Clinic, and at Radys Childrens hospital. These experiences have exposed her to a variety of patients and ailments, sharpening and widening her skills as a practitioner of Chinese Medicine.
Olivia Fellus has had the honor of mentoring under the renowned Dr. Zev Rosenberg, scholar and practitioner of classical chinese medicine, in his clinic for four years. She strives to apply the knowledge and diagnostic techniques she has acquired from one of the best chinese medicine physician in San Diego in her own practice.
Olivia specializes in pain reduction, sports injury recovery, depression stress/anxiety relief, as well as in fertility issues.
She utilizes an array of modalities incorporating acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping, gua sha, aroma acupoint therapy, food/lifestyle guidance when applicable.
She is devoted to utilizing her medical training, skills, and knowledge to helping her patients achieve optimum health , and to feel at their best in mind body and spirit.
Olivia finds balance, inner peace, and joy not only in practicing the ancient healing arts of Chinese Medicine, but also in pursuing her passion for rock climbing, hiking and adventuring in the great outdoors.
